Delivery Service

Waterloo Mattress provides exceptional customer service from the moment you step foot on our showroom floor, to the moment your mattress is delivered to your door.

Our delivery team will arrive during a weekday, between the hours of 5pm - 9pm.  If you require different arrangements, we'll be happy to work them out with you.

Your mattress and/or foundation will be setup, in your home, free of charge.  Many of our customers aren't sure how to dispose of their old mattress set...don't worry...we'll take it away for you, free of charge.

One more thing...if your delivery is in the local Kitchener/Waterloo area, we'll provide the delivery and entire service as mentioned above...free of charge!
